The conference registration desk will operate as per the times listed below:

Please come first to the registration desk to collect your name badge and the conference material.
All conference related inquires should be directed to ASN Events staff at this desk. Accommodation queries should be directed to your corresponding hotel - Rydges Camperdown, Quality Suites Camperdown, Quality Apartments Camperdown.
NAME BADGES
Delegates are required to wear their name tags to all scientific and catered sessions. Delegates should note that within their name tag pouch are any specific function tickets they have ordered as well as voting coupons for the photo competition.
RECYCLING YOUR NAME BADGES AND LANYARDS
If you do not wish to keep your name badge at the conclusion of the conference, please return it to the conference registration desk for recycling.
DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
If you have a dietary requirement, please note that this has been passed onto the catering staff at the conference and any function which you are attending. There will be a separate catering station setup throughout the conference. If attending the Welcome Reception (Monday 2nd July) and Poster Session (Tuesday 3rd July), please make yourself and your dietary requirement known to the staff as they will be serving items on platters. If you are attending the Conference Dinner, individual plates will be prepared (and labelled) for Vegetarian and Vegan meals.
BARISTA COFFEE
Complimentary barista coffee will be available to delegate from Taste Café (above Kangaroo Room/Auditorium) from Tuesday 3rd July – Thursday 5th July from 6:00AM – 4:00PM. Simply show your nametag to the service staff and place your order. Percolated coffee and tea will be served during all catered breaks throughout the meeting.
ISAZ HOODIES
There are several Hoodies still available for purchase at ISAZ 2018. Due to popular demand, the only sizes left are Small and Medium. If you would like to purchase a Hoodie ($45), please see the ASN staff at the registration desk. Click here for measurements.
RECORDED PRESENTATIONS
The Public Lecture on Monday and the conference lectures (except for the symposia) will be recorded. All permitted presentations, will be made available to the registrants after the meeting.
Registrants will receive an email with the link to the permitted records.

CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE
At the conclusion of the ISAZ 2018 Conference you will be sent a certificate of attendance.
INSURANCE
The hosts and organisers are not responsible for personal accidents, any travel costs, or the loss of private property and will not be liable for any claims. Delegates requiring insurance should make their own arrangements.
SMOKING
Smoking is not permitted on campus.
